Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hypershift.labs, the artificial-intelligence practice of Hypershift Technologies (“Hypershift.labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit hypershiftlabs.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site — for example, to request a consultation, download a resource, or contact us — we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business email address, phone number, company, and any message you include.
  • Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device information, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. Much of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, managed through Google Tag Manager, for two non-essential purposes: analytics (Google Analytics), to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it, and marketing (the Meta Pixel), to measure and support advertising. These tools set cookies and may share usage data, as described above, with Google and Meta. Essential cookies needed to operate and secure the Site are always on.

You control the non-essential categories through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer (and the cookie banner shown on your first visit). Opting out stops these analytics and marketing technologies and clears their cookies on your browser. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

Forms and customer relationship management

Information you submit through forms is processed and stored using HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform, so that we can respond to your request and, where appropriate, follow up about our services. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf as a service provider.

Hosting and infrastructure

The Site is served through Cloudflare, which provides hosting, content delivery, and security. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the Site.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • To communicate with you about our services, where you have asked us to or where permitted by law;
  • To analyze usage and measure the effectiveness of our content; and
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as those named above), with our affiliates within the Hypershift group, when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. Service providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Opting out of analytics and advertising (including “sharing”). We do not sell your personal information. Our use of Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer. In addition, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out of analytics and advertising for that browser, with no further action needed from you.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including hypershift.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
